We’re excited to share this recent home build with you! A custom lake home in Genoa City, Wisconsin; our team helped this homeowner realize and achieve their dream family home. Some of the notable aspects you’ll see in the photo gallery below include:

The top floor features an open floor plan with a high ceiling, sizeable living room & dining area, a corner fireplace, and an efficient kitchen design that includes stainless steel appliances, beautiful white countertops with gray marbling, a kitchen island with seating, and extra counter & storage space near the dining area. Off of the living room is a comfortable sunroom facing the lake. Also on the upper level is a large bedroom with an attached full bath and private access to a small walkout and stairs leading to their property. There is another bedroom on the main floor that is not pictured in this project gallery.

On the lower/basement level of this lake house, we included another large living/family area with patio doors that walks out towards the lake. There is a full bathroom with an attached laundry room and an additional bedroom with ample closet space.
